He has developed recipes for recipe books such as The Turmeric Cookbook and The Matcha Cookbook.

And he has product developed healthy and modern children’s meals for startup Tendr

He also regularly creates recipes for his own pop-ups, events and weddings as well as working on his own cookbook.
